Opponents Transition D Has Been The Difference

I think a major key is that opponents have learned the first thing to do is get back as fast as they can on D. Iowa has clearly not been getting the run-outs they were getting earlier in the season and early BIG season. I can't remember the last game they got 4-5 cheap lay-ups. That turns into a big deal since they have been losing all these close games. They've pretty much been in every game but one from my memory, but these last 6 losses have been relatively close. Another 8-10 pts from run-outs could have been the difference.

Key was to force Iowa into a half-court offense & put the best defender on Marble. White could be neutralized in the half-court.

Exactly, teams have good offensive spacing against us and usually have 3 players in position to get back.

It is also hard to get the fast break going when teams shoot over 50% and their are less rebounds and turnovers.
