You can go to the UI Athletics Department's official site and pay for the audio. That is the only place. Don't know this for sure, but I'm fairly sure that the BTN doesn't stream anything live.
Try <http://veetle.com/> or <http://www.myp2pforum.eu/threads/45869-NCAA-Football-Week-5-Streaming>. A stream will probably start around game time but nothing you can count on.
I found out last week if it is on the Big 10 Network, you won't get it..... But I think all our games are on ESPN or ABC now, so you should be good to go....
