One Negative, One Positive

Positive: We have led every game at half this year and have been competitive in every game. That's more than a lot of people expected.

Negative: I still don't think we've played a full game to our potential against a good team.

BCS bowl is the same as the Rose Bowl these days. The whole tradition of the Big Ten - Pac Ten(12) was killed when we played USC in the Orange Bowl. Still don't get why some people are still fixated on the Rose Bowl as opposed to a BCS bowl/MNC game. The BCS killed the tradition. Death to the BCS!
 
+ = The defense has held 2 high-powered offenses to their second lowest point totals of the season in the last 2 games.

- = Wisconsin comes to town next Saturday and they held the same 2 teams to their lowest point totals of the season.

I'm not sure about Miller on that one. It looked like we might have been in man-to-man, and Hitchens bit on the fake big time. That one might have been on him.

I agree we had a lot of chances to put this gm way out f hand. We really need to learn how to jump on teams and finish the gm while we got the chance. But don't get me wrong I'm still very proud of our guys hanging in there to get the win. GO HAWKS!

-We have yet to beat the top teams we have faced.
