What if the recruit is this Kevin Ware. Ok I know its a long shot, but he was committed to UCF, (Speraw former school) they mention Louisville, Georgetown, and other school. His AAU team is the Atlanta Celtics same team as Meyer. Everything is hush on him waiting for his Mom to get back in town. Sure its wishful dreaming but this would be Frantastic.

Weren't there rumors that he wasn't going to be academically elgibile to play at Tenn this year?

I understand wishful thinking but just pulling something straight out of one's a$$ is silly. Thanks for the laugh though.

Yeah I just looked up the most talented guy and threw him on here. Maybe you missed he was committed to Tennessee, and UCF two schools with big Iowa ties. Maybe you missed he plays on same AAU as Meyer. Maybe you missed Coach AF was just in the Atlanta area. Maybe you missed he his being very silent about his recruiting. Maybe you missed I said longshot. Maybe you are just missing the ability to think.

Maybe you missed that I did think. I thought your suggestion is stupid.

With that said if he comes cool.

As long as we all understand that it isn't him and we're just joking around...

For some more conspiracy theory fun, the thing with his mom getting back into town would also explain why we have a "silent" commit in the signing period.

Interesting comments on ESPN's recruiting site.

"Kevin is a high-flying athlete. When you put him in a fullcourt press where he can use his wing span and quick twitch athleticism the sky could be the limit. He'll need to finda a situation where he can hide his deficiencies in skill level long enough to let them develop."

Sounds like he would fit Frans system. :) Interesting points above, about the ties to Iowa.

Thanks for suggestion another option that is out there to go at, with the connections I'd say he could have interest possibly.

Would follow the thought that we're going to quality over position need, as he wouldn't be someone that would be ready to play as a true pg.

But yea hopefully will get a surprise recruit within the next 30 days.

Living in Orlando, I read in paper earlier this week that he has committed to UCF again and signed a letter of financial aid. It is not binding as he apparently can not sign another LOI after release from Tenn. He stated definitely going to UCF but....

Who knows. I dont have any link.

Way to offer incentive to others who might want to post an original thought. I'm sure everyone would want to get **** on like this guy did just for offering up a possibility, albeit a longshot one. Nice job outta you.

Thanks! I thank God I got your approval. I can sleep better tonight now.

It's Friday, man. Do you have to be such a d*ck? Maybe you're so sour and ****** because you have to work this weekend? I really hope it is Ware so you look like an even bigger ***.

He signed a grant-in-aid, similar to Cartwright.
Basically you can only sign 1 NLI per year, so he can't sign a 2nd. Anything he signs from here out isn't binding on his end.
