Was it Beltrans (sp) that made the catch taking GS away? Heard he hurt himself pretty good...could have a lingering effect even if he does play. Boston bats can be more lively anyhow. I like holliday, from rockies days, but just think boston is going to be too much.
 
I love seeing the Cardinals lose. Especially when it is party due to an error. One of the big reasons I hate the cards is their arrogance. Kozma obviously dropped that ball, not even close to having it in his glove and this is his response:

Kozma believed he established sufficient possession."I had enough," he said.

No, no you didn't.

I know why Matheny argued, but I already thought he was a whiner, now I dispise him.

It's nice to see Jon Lester is helping to carry on the tradition of professional sports cheating in Boston.

Yeah the pictures are coming out, but you can't tell crap from the pictures. You never know they could be altered even. In one picture it looks like his glove has a small scuff on it. In one it's doctored so bad that i tlooks like radioactive goo on it. Only a minor leauge pitcher for the cards said anything and there is nothing conclusive. I doubt he cheated.

I think he probably did cheat, he just picked a bad time to be conspicuous about it.

Lester cheating isn't the (main) reason the Cards lost anyway. They took care of that all by themselves with three errors and generally lousy play.

LOL @ "I had enough."

Reminds me of Golden Tate after that GB/Seattle debacle last year...asked by a reporter about his blatant pushoff just before going up for that hail mary, he responded with "I don't know what you are talking about" or something along those lines.

Trevor Rosenthal turned 23 in May and he's the oldest guy to pitch in this game for STL.
 
I'm boycotting the WS until Fox removes Buck and McCarver as the broadcast team. If that takes until McCarver dies, so be it.
