Omaha World herld is reporting the Big Ten offered this morning and Nebraska accepted.

Based on what Rittenberg has said on the ESPN Big Ten blog, there is no offering on the part of the Big Ten. That what Nebraska did today was to send an application to the Big Ten, which the Big Ten then has to vote on.
