Didn't I read somewhere that KW was suspended at Kirkwood? If so, is he really somebody we would want on the roster? If this is not true, I apologize, but I thought I read about it on the one of the boards not long ago.

I told you. Some of you may want to start listening.

You told me what....that KW had been suspended? If so, apparently I listened as that is what I put in my post. I am not able to attribute every single thought on this board to the original poster. As for the rest of what you have to say??????

What a waste. Tucker was at Iowa for 18 months and never played a second in a Big Ten game.

Exactly my thoughts. However, with the exception of the last 2 games, it wasn't because of opportunities.

Of course, (too) many will immediately lump this attrition in with Freeman, Peterson and Palmer -- somehow blaming Lick. The FACT is, with the exception of the last 2 games (when AT should have definitely seen some floor time if the honest intent was for him to be a part of the future), his lack of contribution to the BigXI season is the direct result of his immaturity to handle the responsibilities of being a starting Big XI shooting guard and D-1 student-athlete -- TWICE!!

Just hope that before chucking more spears at TL for "running off another player", many of those realize they were the same ones wanting AT to never wear a Hawkeye uniform, again.

Not sure if this happened or not for a game or more earlier in the season, but all recent box scores show he is playing.

a "reliable source" told me that the scholly will go to little lick, if he bites.

Thats good. Isn't it funny how the original parady is not funny, but a parady on the parody is?

It reminds me of a conversation I had once that went like this.... Porn, low art, painting of a porn, high art. Photo of a painting of a porn, low art, sculpture of a photo of a painting of a porn, high art.

There was an article in CR Gazette a while back in which the Kirkwood coach said that he suspended Kaylon at the start of the season for reasons both off and on the court. The suspension lasted for the first two or three games .

This is why you need to stay over on the Lobo's board because if you followed the Hawks as much as the Lobo's you would know this (maybe not the minutes, but he played Big Ten games):

OSU: 1 minute
Minnesota: 6 minutes
Michigan: 11 minutes
Purdue: 24 minutes

While he didn't play a lot he did play in Big Ten games.

I'm not following you. But this is funny.

Many posters keep reminding us about how Lick recruits only quality kids and is building the Iowa program the 'right way.'

So how is this different than other coaches losing kids that have gotten into trouble and have dropped out of programs? Just curious? We are told those coaches aren't building their programs the right way yet Lick is? What is the difference again, I forget?

Other than we don't need AT anyway and we are better off without him? Just curious...

1) AT didn't have a documented history of trouble. The Coach didn't bring in a kid with a documented and troubled history.

2) Unlike other coaches around the country (and former coaches here at iowa) when the player got into trouble here the coaches commitments were in this order....

1)School/Society
2)Individual as a person
3)Team
4)Individual as a player

I stand corrected.

42 minutes.

Wow, what a contribution in 1 1/2 seasons from Mr. Minnie.
