Their garbage QB put up stats that our QB has never put up against the likes of Purdue, Rutgers, MAC teams and FCS Teams his entire career. Hawk fans always think our QBs are so much better than they are and they never amount to jack squat at the next level. If he's garbage what do you call our gunslinger?
 
I'm sooooo happy they got a win!! Hooray!

But , the opponent was horrible so a win should have been a given.

And, the second half pissed away a lot of momentum. And, by bringing in backups but not letting them run a real offense, a great opportunity was missed to get those guys better.

All in all, we see once again that KF doesn't care about trying to be great. So yeah, those of you who support mediocrity got exactly what you wanted. Sorry some of us hope for more.

Which is EXACTLY why Iowa is what it is ... an average team that occasionally has a break out year and, even then, isn't taken that seriously beacause of their style of play and stagnant strategy that yields way too many close calls or outright inexcusable losses.

Guess what? They're gonna be EXACTLY the same for 10 more years.
(All the while, rubes like Fry and Blatt will proudly proclaim the Hawks to be the shiniest turd on the crap pile:rolleyes:)
