The way they are playing now, if they can sustain, they will be hard to beat

Wow, Hawks are playing tough but it just seems the ball is literally just bouncing USC’s way this first half. Can’t remember so many weird shots going in.

Some nights are not your night and it just goes that way. It appears the case here, but Hawks can score in bunches. If they’re within 10 with 3 to go, Iowa can win, period. Doesn’t matter what the score is in between

Sometimes you see plays and bounces that pretty much convince you there's no way you're winning. I've seem plenty of those tonight.

We look totally out of sorts on O, which results in lots of points for USC. And, not closing out on threes while USC is out of sight on the long ball. So much for the zone. They are on the road to 100. Good grief. Owen is very good. Only Owen. Iowa flat out looks like a different team than we are used to. Comeback possible? Maybe. We do average in the 90’s…
