Oh yeah...my bad. I was thinking we were on offense with 43 seconds left in the first half and needed a score with the ball at midfield and Kirk had three timeout but didn't take them senario.....

But there mathematically was no way we make them punt, but he doesn’t use time outs when we have a chance to score, he’s a complicated man, or just lousy at math.

2nd down, :46 left. They take a knee right away and we get a TO, there's :44 left. 3rd down, knee at :42. Play clock runs out at :02. They have to decide if they punt or run around for 2 seconds. If a knee takes more than 2 seconds (the first knee took 2 seconds), it doesn't work, but doesn't hurt anything. Long shot, but not the worst idea, I guess.
