The NIT doesn't really do a full bracket do they?

I thought they determined the next round matchups/locations after each round is complete.

Don't worry, HawkForce is the tournament director. You are the tournament secretary. You may be appointed treasurer as well if HawkForce doesn't want to do it.

I said nothing about money, you just need a treasurer in case any proceeds are received from unknown sources.
