Since it doesn't look like Ferentz is leaving, I'd be willing to wager that Fran, Kirk, and Gary all leave Iowa at the same time, probably a year or two from now.

This team lacks a player willing to take the team on their shoulders and carry them through these times. Aaron White really should be that guy, but for some reason he hasn't stepped into that role. Gabe can be that spark, but it's hard to be "the guy" when he's splitting time with Woody.
