We have Tracy, ISM, Martin, etc. who could all return punts. Why not give them a try? Letting that bounce instead of fair catching at the 15 is inexcusable.

I don't like the way ISM holds the ball out wide and loose, waves it around as he runs...I'm guessing that's why he doesn't return.
