12 out of 15 times when Fran tries to run the clock out and tries to shoot the ball after one pass, it is going to fail. He needs to go at 12 seconds. When you leave only eight seconds on the shot the defense can over play on the defense knowing the offense doesn’t have time to pass the ball.
