good call in that situation, i think. easier to get a half court 3, i think, with 1.5 seconds, than a miracle one handed shot full length.

Wish I would have been online to join in. The Virginia D was as good as any I have seen in college ball, perhaps since the 40 minutes of HeII Nolan Richardson had going at Arkansas.....
Mighigan State couldn't get an open three most of the game, but never gave up fighting like maddened tigers until the classic last free throw, and the last pitiful shot by the Cavaliers.....

Ah, that razorback team had 3 guards who could leap. Tony Bennett has brought his dad's grinding defense and offense to Charlottsville.
The hawks beat these guys at UV last year, now granted two different seasons but just goes to show you that minus Eric May this was a talented hawk team this year even with the implosion
