Off topic but....if you have the worst offense in Division 1 then any other QB in your QB room should be an improvement. It cannot get worse. So what do you lose by playing someone else? At least you are giving someone else some experience. Giving the starter more experience will not get you anything. We could start by changing QB's for the bowl game. It worked last year by the way.

Kirk can't make the hire until after the job posting has been up 14 days - which is after the bowl game and in January of 2024. I feel like they knew who the OC was going to be when they posted that job so the process could start rolling.
