...but does Uthoff practice with the team at home practices? I know that he doesn't travel because he's not on scholarship yet, and is not using a redshirt year. But to be real with you, even this doesn't make sense to me because Stokes et al. travel and practice but they're not on scholarship.

He doesn't travel because he is ineligible to play this year, not because he isn't on scholarship. And yes he practices with them.
