Yeah, ol Mike said piece the shots together. That's not exactly indisputable video evidence, now is it? The only shot you have is the front angle, and his elbow is down and the ball is not over the front of the goal line.

According to the side judge, forward progress was stopped. You can see him running in, before Taylor does his twist. You are right, though that once it goes to review, the forward progress is no longer in question. The call is upheld or at least disputable by the elbow being down.
