I mean when Thursday Night Football first began I thought it was pretty cool. NFL is the best. But it was special. Now it no longer is. It's too much.
MLB plays 162 regular season games. No longer pay attention.
NBA is what? 82? Too many games, don't care.

Not to mention the fact that some of these guys gotta play a game on Sunday and then again Thursday. I realize it isn't any additional games, but it is just on TV too often.

Don't get me wrong. I still love NFL, but some of the weekly buildup and anticipation of Sunday and especially Monday Night is gone for me.

Tuesday and Wednesday suck because of a lack of football. Soooooo, I'm for it.

The league sucks regardless of night.

Is the League awesome?

I like it, if it happens to be a game a care about, it's nice to be able to watch it when it's not played at the same time as all the other games on Sunday.

Don't like the Thursday night game as it messes with planning my fantasy football lineup and my pick'em league.

This has been the case since the 1960's. When did this start bothering you? I agree it's alot of games, but you make it sound like this is a recent phenomenon that is turning you off of something that you once liked.

I say during football season, at least before basketball starts, it's nice to have some games during the middle of the week. Once college hoops starts, there will be more mid-week entertainment.

Thursday night football is pretty recent.

I'm more worried about when the seasons over. What the .... am I going to do spend time with my wife on Monday and Thursday nights?

I'm usually watching the college football games on Thursday nights, but still love it. Wife not so much...she hates it about as much as Friday nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Come to think about it. I think she hates all things football, unless she's in Kinnick and then she loves it. Bit of a fair weather football fan.

Just Mondays and Thursdays? Once the seasons over my wife gets control of my life again Thursday night thru Monday night. Luckily basketball season is fast approaching, she's actually a basketball fan.
