Norms Replacement

Guys when the time does come for Norm to step aside I dont know how everybody feels but I just hope they do not just turn it over to Phil Parker.

I don't know if Phil Parker would be a good replacement. Which is kind of frustrating. If KF had given him the keys to the car last year we would have a sense. Instead, the DC by committee thing gave us no real indication.
