Had a discussion with a friend who said things will be pretty much status quo with the return of Norm to lead the defense or at least have more input from here out. I'm not arguing the results of the current coaching staff and defense, and he made good points...6th in Scoring D, 6th in Rushing D, but I would suggest his impact will be felt in calling the game...and getting us off the field on 3rd down. My point is that his experience would dictate an elevation in our game planning and calls. This means we get better.
