Not sure what part of my post is off base.
This team does tons of things well, but hitting the jump shot isn't one of them. If they could shoot even an avg. % from beyond 7 ft., but in front of the 3 line they would have blown out Wake Forest and UNI, but instead they lost last second to Wake and let UNI hang around.
Same goes for tonight. They are doing so many things so well, they should have had a 20 pt lead at half. Instead they took a 9 pt lead into the locker room, and proceeded to blow it 3 minutes into the 2nd half.
Heck, they can't even hit the wide open jumper when they have all the time they need, a free throw.
I truly feel that if this team could shoot the basketball, they would contenders to make the tourney.
