Yeah...it's pretty easy to adapt when you have 4 and 5 star players two deep at every position on your roster.
The most impressive thing about Saban has always been the ability to keep the recruiting gravy train going...they may be the best recruiting operation in football over the past 20 years.
His ability to get along with Kiffin and Sarkisian was pretty impressive as those guys have egos too...and the fact that he allowed them to push the envelope offensively was also impressive. Sarkisian's schemes to use talent and put new wrinkles into a game plan was amazing. Talk about getting your star players with the ball in space consistently.
