Nice tweet you putz, Allen Lazard

Ditto here... Live in Omaha, huge disdain for the Fuskers but I don't like to see gang reptiles talk so kick the crap out of them so his senior is finished in the Hawkeye State!!!

Outside of UNI, I bet he feels the same way about the MVC.

Beat them down. I'm not a ISU hater as I live in Omaha so I save my disdain for nebby. That said, would really enjoy a thorough destruction of the clones.

I was at the game last, Lazard was the only decent offensive player they have. If they have to got to him play after play each game, he will be a beaten and broken player by November. On another note, ISU is a poorly coached team. If I was an ISU fan I would be worried about my new coach, they looked just awful and un-prepared to play.

Agree totally, and according to Dave Bartoo, from CFBMatrix he has a negative coaching affect over his career.

I believe the soup man is in over his head. It will take 3-4 years to see what he can come up with but I think he isn't going to be their savior.

Only time will tell. He has never built a program from the ground up. He inherited a good Toledo program that won 8 and 9 games the previous two years. He kept them at that level winning 9, 7, 9 and 9 games in his 4 years. He didn't advance them past what he inherited really at all.

That is Bartoo has him at a negative coaching affect. He says that with the talent he recruited at Toledo, he should have actually won more games. It will be interesting to see if Campbell can get his good recruits on campus and what he does with them once if he gets them.

Toledo was built into a good program by.....Tim Beckman....for what ever that's worth.

Exactly. Beckman had to rebuild it, Campbell just took over a program that was in good shape at the MAC level. He never advanced it past what Beckman did though. Like I said only time will tell.

I wonder if their will be a correlation between Beckman success and IL and Campbell at ISU. Already seeing some similarities.

I just wonder if Campbell really knew what he was getting into. There's always been a lot of Fanfare over at clownville with a lot of smoke and mirrors. Putting lipstick on a pig never works out.

You would hope he did. I mean he was going to have other head coaching options, so one would think was making an educated decision.

At our tailgate yesterday, and isu fan was bragging by saying..."just wait in 2 years when he brings his own team and players into Kinnick and we stomp Iowa." Then he said this years Iowa's receivers and linebackers were terrible. Man, I wish could have seen that jackass after the game.

I really doubt he wanted to see you. Lol

The almighty dollar probably clouded Campbell's judgement...or perhaps made it worth the high probability of failure and ultimate termination. If he's smart with his money, he can be a miserable failure at Clown U and still be set up in pretty good financial shape for the rest of his life by age 40.

Thanks, Jamie. ...ya putz

How stupid can one be? Would you not at least wait to see how the game goes? I suppose there is a reason he went to ISU instead of some of the more academically sound universities that were going to let him him. I wonder if he reads newspapers or even knows how other teams are doing. My guess is he does not & that he is one of the zombies wondering around staring at his phone. The Big 10 has how many teams in the top 10? The Big 12 has how many? Funny he makes a tweet like this now when it appears that the Big 12 is a mess this year..

Actually I think he really believes this. He is like every other Clown out there, they think the B1G is terrible and they think they would beat everyone in the B1G outside OSU. It is like a sickness really, and it doesn't cross their stupid mind that maybe they are just terrible and that is why he has won 5 games in his career......nope instead they tell themselves that they are in an impossible conference to win in and they would be dominate in another conference. Seems to me the players are just like the fans in this regard.

Lazard's remark is an example of his brain damage that caused him to enroll at clown town. I n his defense if ISU played Iowa's schedule I think they'd win 3 or probably 2 factoring in they would play a non-con game against an opponent of the clowns caliber.

Seriously? Who in the hell would they beat? ISU would be a middle of the road team in most FBS conferences.

and Lazard is still better than anyone we have who gives a flying f what school you go to if you have the talent to make the pros, which he will get a chance, it doesn't matter where you go funny how you continue to bash someone for making a conscientious decision

Lazard probably would not get bashed here if he had not had the stupid tweet...If he is a Captain at ISU, he exercised very poor judgement with his tweet. I had respected the kid's talent up to this point. I now realize he is just another punk.

so does espeneza(spelling?)

Iowa can at least can dangle 2 Orange Bowls,a Rose Bowl, numerous top ten finishes nationally along with quite a few big bowl wins over teams like LSU, Florida, Missouri, South Caroline, etc. (wow. I wonder how many other teams have 4 bowl wins over SEC teams in the past 15 years?)
ISU offers nothing except the likely hood of not having to play after the first couple weeks of November.
