NFL vs REFS settle

I'm glad it's over, but because I'm not overly passionate about any one NFL team, it was kind of funny watching all of the chaos. But it was getting old, the long breaks to figure things out were taking too long, and there is no way you can say the game was as safe as it would be with the regular officials. It was obvious they had no respect for the replacement officials.

I'm glad the real refs will be back, but if they do ref this weekend I will laugh pretty hard if they botch some major call and screw a team over after all the hullabaloo about the MNF game.

I don't think having the original refs will result in bad calls never being made (Hell, the real refs jobbed Seattle out of a Super Bowl win, so they had it coming), but it will result in the game going smoother, which is all I care about. I get bored enough watching NFL football because of all of the dead time, and last week, I maybe watched 1/3 of the NFL football I usually do.

Which is exactly why the players and coaches were getting what they deserved. Had they actually tried to work with the replacement refs, instead of acting like children, there would have been much less chaos.
