NFL Coaching Changes

It's black monday.

Washingtion's Jim Zorn was given the slip this morning.

Reports are saying that Al Davis is going to fire Tom Cable.

Houston GM says Gary Kubiak's job is safe for another year.

I heard on TV last night that "the Mangenius" at cleveland has a meeting scheduled with Mike Holmgren tomorrow (Tue 1/5).
He finished "strong", but my guess is that Holmgren will want a fresh start.

Also, down here in Carolina, John Fox & staff (and the GM as well) have been told that they are welcome back for 2010, but it's an odd situation. 2010 is the final year of Fox's contract, and he was not extended, just "invited back". There is a lot of speculation that being a lame duck HC would be detrimental to Fox and the team, so it's about 50-50 right now on his return.
