New Practice Facility???

Just got done listening to Barta talk about the new facilities for football and have a couple questions. Just wondering if Phase 2 will be connected to Phase 1? Barta said something about this but I didn't understand him completely. I thought he said phase 2 will be connected to the old football building that is next to the bubble. I know the bubble will come down but is the old football building coming down to or is phase 2 going to be connected to it?
