That's a remarkable run of form, and a credit to Phil Parker's ability as a secondary coach. Iowa is offensive line U and tight end U, but it's really under-recruited cornerback U more than anything else

Phil has done some amazing work over the last decade. I'm hoping he'll get the d-backs back into shape this year.

6'1 makes a lot more sense after watching those videos. He looked like he had great height and well over the 5'11 it initially said. If he runs a 4.49 that is great, but I didn't see that in those videos. He had ok speed but wasn't a burner. I think he's a future safety

Just letting the high school coaches know we are looking/recruiting players helps get recognized. Maybe next year the Hawks move up in the pecking order in Texas.

I think moving into Texas and out of Florida will pay big dividends.

Florida produced 344 D1 signees in 2011 and had roughly 38,000 HS football player. Texas had 345 D1 signees out of 161,000 HS football players.

Guess which state has more good football players falling though the cracks??

Rivals, who broke the story on his commitment, lists him at 6'1" and 175 lbs, maybe fudged? He looks sorta rangy in the one photo I say.
