new commit???

I watched a video of him being interviewed after his game, and he was talking about his commit to the hawks. I'm confused.
btw it's being reported by Scout and Greg Powers.(national recruit analyst)

Texas OL Kyle Fuller has NOT committed to Iowa yet. He's ready to, but still doesn't have a written offer. Coaches want to see senior film.

Wow. Not sure what to think about this. I guess its good Iowa is being selective, but this guy has a lot of good options. Hope he does not get po'd and go somewhere else. He must really want to go to IC, but I guess it is a pretty good spot for O linemen.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. What does that say about our O line recruiting though? We are in the position to turn down a guy with this type of list? OR are we standing that well with other guys that are even better?
