Iowa has a few different directions it could go in adding a 10th assistant.
One writer proposed that the ideal way to handle this would be to hire a RB coach, and change Brian's responsibilities to OC and TE coach. That move makes sense considering that TEs were Brian's forte with the Patriots.
Hiring a good charismatic RB coach that is a talented recruiter would be a no-brainer, IMO.
Whichever way Kirk goes, I sincerely hope he emphasizes recruiting ability as a primary criteria. It also wouldn't hurt to find someone with established ties to the St. Louis metro area given it's population density and close proximity to IC. We already have that to an extent with Chicago and Indianapolis.
