Hawks nowhere to be found.
Hawks nowhere to be found.
This team needs to stay as far away from the top 25 as possible, for as long as possible...will keep them driving...
I see 7 teams Iowa plays- strictly for RPI purposes of course.http://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/rankings/_/year/2018/week/2/seasontype/2

Iowa State is 0-2 after losing to Milwaukee at home, so there's another crappy RPI team we get to look forward to playing

Great. Leave it to isu. Even if we beat them, it's a loss.Iowa State is 0-2 after losing to Milwaukee at home, so there's another crappy RPI team we get to look forward to playing
I don't disagree, but never underestimate a rivalry game. They can go either way.The schedule is so very bad this year in non-con. There shouldn't be any more than 1-2 losses. At most.
That's Barta's job to get that done. Why can't Fran lock up a home and home with a midwest schools like Creighton, KU, Mizzou, KState, Marquette...just to name a few. Just one would be nice.

Ask Mr. Davis how he did it. Home and homes with Duke, Carolina and Kansas.
We are in the 2K Classic next year with UConn, Cuse, and Oregon. You guys get to hammer this for this year and this year only, and then next season - 20 of Iowa's RPI games will be against B1G teams (most of them are top 150) - 1 game with ISU, 1 game with Drake of UNI, 1 game with the Gavitt Games, 1 game with the ACC Challenge and the potential of a exempt tournament. it will no longer matter. It does this season, but it's the last season... so... that's the deal. If 25-27 of your 33 or 34 games are against the top 150, it doesn't matter who else you play.
Right where Fran wants to be.
Isn't that the standard reply? Or is that just for football?
