I will say this, everyone wants to go dancing. We all know it's ultimately the measure of a college basketball team. But for a young, 20-win team in a great conference who struggled to put close games away, this postseason's consolation prize has actually been pretty sweet. I've enjoyed the heck out of these NIT games.

I would never be one to suggest that commercial interest weighs into these types of decisions, but I would imagine that after a couple of quickly sold out games in Carver there are a couple NIT executives wishing they could take another shot at seeding that side of the bracket.
