This is a small part of it.
As I said in my previous post I think it's way too close to the season for them to just cancel the whole thing. There are too many pieces involved for them to get that done in less than a month and a half from the first game.
If anything is done this year I think it's a post season ban and if they are going to drop the hammer it will be starting next season.
This makes sense. It is too close to the start of the season to do anything this year, other than making them ineligible for a bowl game, diminishing scholarships and perhaps impose financial restrictions. Next season is when they would impose the Death Penalty for how many years they choose, if that is what they decide to do......
Of course, the NCAA might have simply issued a statement to calm the furor which is becoming viral.....
I am certain there will be serious penalties following this season.....
As there should....
