College Football’s Redbox Bowl Canceled, Hopes to Return in 2021

The Redbox Bowl is the first college football bowl game to be canceled amid the pandemic.

Not that I care about this Bowl, but there is a bigger meaning/consequence.

Honestly I disagree. Redbox bowl is in San Fran, and CA has always had some very tight restrictions on this stuff. No bowls in the southeast (where most of them are) are getting cancelled due to COVID. You can deduce your own reasons why.

On day to day, doesn't mean much. We've surpassed peak football and this is a sign. It will be long and drawn out.

Worst case is this... the Big Ten and Pac-12 are figuring out how to keep their conference "whole" and not miss out on bowl bids.
