There are some beautiful throws in this video:


Everyone remembers the misfires, but he has had a ton of great throws, too, so we know he has the ability to make those.

What is it going to take for him to make the great throws a higher percentage of the time? Mechanics? Processing speed? Mental approach? All of the above?

If he can just make incremental improvements in all of those areas, and that leads to an increase in completion % from 60% to 65%, what does that do to the offense? I would guess we move from a middle-of-the-pack B1G offense to a top 4 unit.
