Sounds like a job for Paul Whoads. NIU is a step up from ISU and NIU has proven they can win conference titles.

Don't know if Rhoades should take that job or not. What I do know is that he should leave ISU as soon as he can. No coach will ever win at ISU. Too tough of schedule and you will NEVER get the recruits you need to win there.
Heck, this is the best team he's had there, a lot of seniors and they still didn't have a winning record. Leave Paul. You'll win three games at best next year if you don't leave.

haha, great point. I was talking to a guy and gal at the bar the other nite and the yound lady saw my hawk jacket. she said she was a isu fan and wondered how the hawks were so bad.
So I reminded her that in the last 32 years Iowa has had only 7 losing seasons and in the same time ISU has had only 7 winning seasons.
She got a little ****** but my charm had her laughing later.
