It was the one AAU program in Chicago that Lick and staff seemed to have a decent working relationship with...now, if the Brust flap gets settled and Ben comes back to Iowa, could Fran jump in on Henry ASAP please....he is truly a ''rising star''...
In Joe Hendricksen's Suntimes blog, he indicated that he is jumping Henry up to #2 in the state in the 2011 class,right behind Louisville commit Blackshear,and ahead of Chasson Randle (#4) among others.
ChicagoHoops also has been moving him up their rankings.
Henry, a 6'6'' wing type player has just exploded in the last 9 months and has shown to be a tremendous athlete who has great shooting ability from distance....basically the whole package who would fit nicely in Frans offense.
Now, competition is stiffening as he has offers from Illinois,Wisky,Georgetown,among others...but sure would be nice to keep the Rising Stars pipeline going with Payne,Brust,then Henry...get on him,Fran.
