My PTL Observations from 6/28

Yeah, Brommer had knee surgery. Was supposed to find out this week whether he could start playing in the PTL. Haven't heard anything about what the doctors told him, though.

We need Brommer to take the next step and figure out how to stay on the floor and out of foul trouble.

If he eliminated all his fouls 35-40 feet from the basket while hedging out on screens then he will have no problem staying out of foul trouble.

I think White displays a tremendous upside and I will be disappointed if he doesn't contribute right away. He is versatile, can use both hands, has a nose for the ball and is in perpetual motion. Cudos to the coaching staff for recognizing him early.

Brommer is a marked man in the Big Ten. He gets called for fouls that other players on other teams NEVER get called for. I am hoping, as a senior, he has earned a little more respect from the refs.
