My Concern about next year and years after

It is pretty common knowledge that attrition has really hurt this program over the last several years, especially at certain positions (RB, Dline, etc) and this has been evident as a problem on this years team.
My concern is that if we end up at 5-7 or 6-6 what is to prevent several of these good recruits form the last two years leaving the program during the off season.
A couple of my major concerns are:
1) TE: Fiedorwicz or Hamilton, CJ was a big time recruit, he could leave and red shirt some where and still have 2 years to play. Can you imagine his situation watching Herman take away time from him this year? Hamilton had his red shirt burned for little to no playing time all season and he has watched the sh*t show that has developd at the TE position this year ahead of him.
2) RB: Any of the freshman running backs (Obviously this position has dealt with attirtion in the years past), I could easily see Bullock, Canzeri, or McCall thinking what is the point of sitting behind Coker for two more years only to get one more year where they would be the feature back, and then they are all in the same class. It would not be surprise if one of them left.
3) DL: Raymon already left and he had some potential. Cooper was another big time recruit and it appears to me his freshman year was nothing short of a development year. I hope he understands that he has a legit shot of starting next year, because there cannot be much in front of him. But why not play him this year? He will be needed next year. I am concerned he will think the grass is greener closer to home. And some of the other guys not seeing time along the dline? Trinca-Passat, guy from WI (Name escapes me right now), etc.

Those are the three biggest positional concerns of mine for transfers and further attrition. And I think each of them could be even more of a problem position if one or two guys did leave. The dline is already a problem spot and I realize that, so hopefully no one else leaves. I feel that after a disappointing season that players definately seek out other opportunities if they exist.
