MSU loses to Texas 67-55

Hey with 4 losses; does MSU finally drop out of the Top 15 or even the Top 25...simply overrated and are given too much respect. I expect them to lose some games, but not getting beat as easy as they are.
MSU was supposed to be that team that helped make the statement to how good the BT is, but they got blown out by Syracuse, lose easily tonight to Texas, lose easily to Duke. They will be better at the end, but there is something missing with this team, a big-guy that is physical or more than one.

Sparty really did not look good in this game, especially at home. You are right, they are missing a dominant center. Also a shooter. At least a couple Texas blocks on the perimeter.

Why are 4 of 6 posts about UNI/Indiana when the discussion is supposed to be about Michigan St? Please do not hijack topics.

I have not seen much of MSU this season, but they are obviously not a complete team if they are getting whooped by some of the better teams. It appears we don't play them until February.

I think guard play has hurt MSU as Lucas is not fully back from his injury from last year. MSU didn't look that great at the start of last season either but they ALWAYS finish strong under Izzo. I would not be too concerned about MSU at this time.
