It is just a variant of LOL. I used to play a lot of computer games. That is where all of this "textese" comes from. I have been saying LULZ longer than "Super Girl Megan" has been alive though, so screw her. :D

You guys don't get it. Capt. is making it very clear, if we want more wins, he needs a bump in his salary. He figures $4 Mil is worth 6 or 7 wins at Iowa with the money HE brings to the University. He'll deliver 8 or 9 for $5 Mil.

There was no legitimate question here, it was all for the sake of piling on KF. I'm sorry, but there are several guys that make more than KF does and they pull in top 5 or 10 classes EVERY year and yet they don't win their conference every year and don't win national championships every year, they lose to teams they shouldn't, just about every year, but apparently that is ok with you.

Mack Brown should be a Platinum #1 on this list. They should be in a BCS bowl 4/5 years, no excuses. It makes Stoops look even better since he has to travel into Mack's backyard to recruit.

KF leaves this program, so does Iowa's Consistency and relativity each year when it comes to Big Ten Divisional/Conference Chamoionship. We are too close to Minnesota. Look to the east and the consistency at VaTech. Beamer Has had his ups and downs- just like Ferentz; and both are worth their money!

I just want more life from the defensive side, I will actively be on the side of the fanbase that wants a new DC- starting with Mike Stoops.

I disagree with the bolded argument. Iowa football had great years before KF, and it will have great years after KF in my opinion. With that said, (espite what I felt after the Minn. game,) I still think he is the right coach, but I agree it may be time for a new DC. It's hard to say because I do love Norm, but with is health being what it is, he can't go out and recruit, and I wonder how much he is even involved in game planning recently.
