Most media hype for the hawks since......

I have not seen Iowa get so much love in the media for years....you tell me how long it's been. In any case, I hope that the players can handle this long lost attention.

I've noticed in the past when the media/analysts miss on a team, they are quick to hop back on and pour it on thick. I figured this would come. If we win Saturday and keep it a game in the Shoe, it will continue to get thicker.
If we lose Saturday or get rolled in the Shoe, things will cool down.
Personally, I'd be ok with it getting thicker... If ya catch my drift.

I think the week after MSU and before Indiana in '10 was the last time there was as much positive hype surrounding the team. Since then, the Hawkeyes haven't done a whole lot to deserve much hype from the media.
