Wondered same thing. Must be like PCP. Every time there's someone on PCP on cops they are naked. One guy put ice cubes up his butt in a fast food restaurant, this was on a documentary on the drug war.

There are more than a few substances that counter act the affects of alcohol and can allow you to consume much more than would normaly be possible.

But Ive never heard of anything like this.
