Missouri Tampering with Tyler Cook?

If I were a team that had gotten sanctions in the last 10 years I would be discussing litigation against the NCAA for unfair treatment and discrimination.

I've always wondered why this hasn't happened already. The only thing I can think of is that all of these schools must have had actual criminal violations to go along with the NCAA violations and don't want those coming out.
