Minnesota-Wisconsin

Tough conditions to play in. Since we hate both teams I would give the nod to the goof's just so we can watch PJ row his way into a complete beatdown, meltdown and shillacking in Indianapolis. It really makes no difference OSU by 28 points

Not sure why you guys think MN is favored in tough conditions. WI and Taylor are built for this, with some occasional play action mixed in. Minny just does not have the run game to counter. And their D is terrible. They'd better take full advantage of the wind in the 4th or consider the West pissed down the leggeth

Iowa needs a new defensive backfield coach to teach holding receivers on every play. Wisconsin films can show the new coach how to do it. Good grief.

Wisconsin did this amazing thing called in-game adjustment. Taylor was clearly being keyed on and wasn't doing much so Wisconsin started going to the pass and misdirection runs. Minnesota hans't been able to counter yet.

I know a certain coach who would have kept running into the brick wall.

You talking about me?

I hate Wisky, but there's a lot of value in watching sad Minny fan realize their "dream season" will end in a meaningless bowl after the usual losses to Wisconsin and Iowa.

You gotta love that. Really the Gophers are who we thought they were, improved, good receivers, mediocre D, and honestly a fairly average ballclub.

And Iowa will damn well jump Minny for a higher rev. Bowl......

Minny is exactly who we thought they were. Pretty much an embarrassment today. This is big time PJ and you're not quite ready for it

Minnesota is much improved, particularly at QB & WR but they were lucky to win their first 3 games and had a nice carpet ride through the B1G playing teams with 2nd and 3rd string QBs.

Wisconsin showed that they still own the West. Their coaching staff was 3 steps ahead of Minnesota.

Hell our coaching staff was a step ahead of Minnesota. Think about that.....

Minnesota had three games against good/above-average competition: Penn State, Iowa and Wisconsin. They went 1-2 in those games. Clearly they were the beneficiary of a very favorable schedule on their way to a 10-2 record. A nice team but not playoff worthy just yet.

With a shot at going 11-2 or if they end up 10-3, this season was a huge success for them.
