Minnesota dual and how we stack up

So do we match-up well with the Gophers? Is this a realistic win on the road? Just hoping some that follow it closer then I could shed some light on me before I watch it Friday.
 
It's going to be a dog fight. Everyone for Iowa needs to wrestle to their full ability or they're going to lose. I think it's going to come down to Burak and Evans. I think they both drop their matches and that loses it for Iowa.

On paper though, Iowa is favored. In 7 of 10 matches to boot.

See more opportunity for bonus points for Iowa as well.

I went to the Minny dual in 2011 when Iowa wrapped up the regular season title. The barn is large, but it certainly was not all that intimidating of an environment.

Schiller owns Burak and has beaten him each of the four times they've wrestled and Storley has beaten Evans two out of the three times they've wrestled. The boys are going to have to get it done.

We win going away if these two guys can turn the table around on their dominating opponents. We need at least one of two I think. Let's hope both gitrdun tomorrow. Go HAWKS!

Gillman by decision 3-0
Dardanes by decision 3-3
Dardanes by decision 6-3
Sorenson by major 7-6
Ness by fall 12-7
Moore by decision 12-10
Evans by decision 13-12
Brooks by decision 16-12
Schiller by decision 16-15
Telly by decision 19-15
i think we have the match in hand as long as Kelly stays off his back and avoids the fall. I'll be there rooting them on boys!!!!

Should be a great meet with numerous swing matches. Here is how I see it playing out:

Dardanes D Clark 4 - 3
Dardanes D Dziewa 4 - 6
Sorensen D Short 7 - 6
Ness MD Kelly 7 - 10
Moore D Wanzek 10 - 10
Storley D Evans 10 - 13
Brooks D Pfarr 13 - 13
Schiller D Burak 13 - 16
Telford D Kroells 16 - 16

- If Clark can keep Dardanes from getting to his legs so easily he has a great chance of winning.
- Wanted to give Sorensen MD but Short has beat him in Freestyle the past two times they've met.
- Think Brooks match against Pfarr is going to be closer then most think.
- Huge swing matches for Evans and Burak
