Miller & Deace completely disrespected the Clones today

I understand the frustration here, but some of these guys need to get a life. Iowa lost a game it should have won. ISU had a big week. Get over it, stop acting like a spoiled kid, and concentrate on Michigan.

He backed off that, a bit. He basically said there is a lack of talent on the Iowa team, particularly at TE. BINGO! Deace usually just pi$$e$ me off, but this time he was on the money.

Who has the bigger overall fan base? It's about ratings. If they focused on the Cyclones this year because they are better then you can kiss their show and ratings goodbye. It's nothing personal, this isn't about bashing the cyclones, it's simply a numbers game. There are more Hawkeyes, therefore they get more and better coverage in the media.
 
I get Iowa has a bigger base, although in central Iowa I believe it is a lot closer to 50/50. I would have switched the order of the shows ISU deserved airtime today. Deace should have made him wait until at least the 2nd half of the show.

Holy **** there are some dummies on this board. The show is broadcast from DSM and that market is the closest to a 50/50 split in the state.

And no **** it's the Hawkeye State. This is like Gator fans "blasting" Seminole fans with It's the Sunshine State!
 
You can deny that it is a Hawkeye state all you want. That won't change the fact that it is. You may have a small cabal of Clone fans here and there, but the overwhelming number of sport fans in Iowa follows the Hawks. Those are the facts.

Duh. The state of Iowa took it's name from the University of Iowa. That's why it's called The Hawkeye State. That and because of Hayden Fry. ANF
