Miles Taylor commit

No link as no media were there....but I have friends that were in there.

OK. I also know some folks as well. I still believe Gordon didn't decommit due to a fight. They happen, especially in football. It's speculation and I choose to believe the kid.

We lost Melvin Gordon because on his visit he witnessed the fight in the locker room after the loss to OSU and wanted no part of that kind of environment. Can't say I blame him too much either.

Fight or not how do you specifically know that's why he decommitted? He said himself that he decommitted because he stopped hearing from the Iowa coaches, while the Wisconsin coaches stayed in contact the entire time. Just because "you had friends in there" doesn't mean you can read the kids mind.

With that said, I'm assuming the whole Melvin Gordon situation probably reminded the Iowa coaching staff that it's a good idea to stay in touch with verbally committed recruits. I would guess they've learned from that huge mistake.

Trust the Wisconsin media or not. I don't care. But, it was all over the news that he changed his commit to Wisconsin because his mother was all over him about staying at home. This actually makes the most sense to me.
