Leach is a perfect fit for the Pac 10. High powered, wide open offense. Very little defense played in that league. He is a winner and will very likely find similar success to what he had at Texas Tech, IMO.

Wilson says he left the program because of the actions of Leach and his staff. Wilson says the new staff has "preferred to belittle, intimidate and humiliate us," and that included physical abuse.

I thought Leach was a good hire at the time but he really has been nothing short of a disaster in his first season there.
