If people aren't picking it up, that was sarcasm. There were people on this board after the Penn State game saying we weren't a tournament team because we only won by 2 @ Penn State.

That is reality and those people are right. At the moment Iowa isn't a Tourny Team..

Nobody disputed that. Just the notion that winning by 2 at Penn State was why they aren't.

But what he is saying is don't say we're not a tourney team cause of that win. They played there best basketball of the year and gave us everything they had and we came out of there with a win. People know the Hawks are not a tourney team yet but take care of buisness like we can, i don't see how they won't go to the dance

No, those people are not. If Iowa takes care of business down the stretch and finishes 10-8 in the Big10 they ARE a tournament team. No one was suggesting they are one right now. People were suggesting that after the PSU game, that there was no way they make a the tournament no matter how the regular season ended. Those people are wrong.

PSU is pesky. It is very surprising that they haven't stolen one yet.

They could win one or even two yet but their best is yet to come. All four of the players who scored in double figures versus MI today return next year plus Frazier. In 2013-14 they could be a dangerous team.

Penn State isnt as terrible as their record says. Next year they will be tough if Frazier is even 75%
